Hey, anime feinds!.
I thought I’d share with you the anime I am currently watching/re-watching as of now, so you can get a few more anime minutes in.
#1 Gin Tama (Gintama)
PLOT: Summary
The story begins while being set in the late Edo period. Humanity is attacked by aliens called “Amanto”. The samurai are the only people who stand up to the aliens, but when the Shogun realizes he cannot defeat the aliens, he betrays the samurai and surrenders to the aliens. The Shogun writes an unfair contract with aliens which allows the aliens to enter the country and places a ban on carrying swords in public, leaving the samurai defenceless. After that, the Shogunate becomes a government which basically is worked like a puppet.
#2 Toradora
PLOT: Summary
Ryuuji (the protagonist), the scary-eyed yet kind-hearted teen, is falling deeply for Minori, the firecracker of the high school. Through a series of random events, his life clashes with Taiga, a fierce yet tiny girl who is similarly crushing on Ryuuji’s best friend. Together, Ryuuji and Taiga work together throughout the series to get each other with their respective crushes. But as is life, nothing ever ends up as planned.
#3 Ajin: Demi-Human
PLOT: Summary
The story is about a student named Kei Nagai (main protagonist) who discovers he is an immortal “Ajin” when he is struck by a truck. The Ajin are considered dangerous in human beings and the only person who is there to support him is his childhood friend, Kaito. While the government claims to help Ajin live in a safe environment, they are actually using them as subjects for a cruel and inhumane experimentation. As a result, Ajin that has escaped are determined to seek revenge with the exception of Kei. During his escape, it is subtly revealed he lacks empathy and throughout the series only shows an interest in his owl wanted, pointing the conclusion that Kei has some social problems, (IMO).
I have already seen these anime, but I decided to re-watch them because of how freaking amazing they are!!!!!!!!
